A brand zone at an event is the space where the brand meets its guests: a structure, screens and lighting, a place to try something and take a photo. It is not in-store merchandising. An event zone works for as long as the event lasts, handles a steady flow of guests and is built at someone else’s venue under that venue’s rules. We develop the zone concept and organize its production and on-site operation.
Our brand zones have worked at a banking summit in Baku, in a shopping mall in Almaty, on the slopes of Shymbulak and at a triathlon by Issyk-Kul.

| Zone element | What we decide | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Structure | What to build it from, how many times it will be installed, whether it needs to travel | A tent on a slope; a mobile VR zone |
| Decor and screens | Visuals per the brand guidelines, 3D elements, LED | The summit in Baku |
| Interactive | What the guest does in the zone and how long it takes | Football stations, VR |
| Photo zone | Where guests take photos with the brand; whether the event needs filming | The triathlon |
| Service and people | Coffee, a stand, gifts, merchandise; who greets the guests | The summit in Baku, Shymbulak |
Here, the photo zone is part of the brand space and follows the brand’s visual style. It is not festive decor.
The venue decides where the zone goes, how it is installed, how long it stays up and what loads it can take. Here are four venues where our brand zones have worked at events:

The Visa space at an international summit: a 3D logo, a curved LED screen, a transparent LED screen, a Visa desk and a coffee station with branded tableware. The zone ran on both days of the summit.
Our role: concept, production, build, technical equipment and branding, coordination of contractors and staff, merchandise.

A Visa training camp in a shopping mall. The guest journey through the zone: registration with a photo, four football stations where a digital system recorded the results, and a player card printed on site. More than 1,000 participants.
Our role: concept and game zones, the registration platform, production and technical delivery; we coordinated the zone throughout the project.

The Visa tent stood right on the slope of the ski resort. Inside the zone were a VR ski jump, a VR descent and a ski simulator.
Our role: concept, decor, installation of VR equipment and simulators, staff, branded gifts.

VR zone at the triathlon: a stationary bike with a VR headset, a photo zone, branded materials. We made the structure mobile so it could be assembled, dismantled and moved to the next event. About 300 people completed the VR route.
Our role: concept, mobile equipment, promo staff, photo zone and filming.
In our projects, VR has been tied to an action and to the occasion of the event: at the triathlon, guests pedaled a stationary bike; on the slope, they jumped from a virtual ski jump and skied down a virtual run. For VR in a brand zone, we settle three things in advance:
If the technology itself becomes the main attraction (touchscreens, VR, multimedia), see interactive and multimedia installations.
Our team is responsible for the idea, the budget and project management. Structures and equipment are made and installed by specialized contractors, and we coordinate their work.
If you need a stand at an exhibition, see exhibition stand design and build. For promo staff and point-of-sale promotions, see BTL and promotional activations.
We price a brand zone for the specific venue and objective; there is no ready-made price list. The estimate depends on the structure, decor and screens, interactive features, the photo zone, service and staff, and the length of the event. For a quote, send us the dates, the venue, your brand guidelines and one line about the objective.
A brand zone can be set up at someone else’s event if it fits the venue’s rules: the floor plan and location, time for installation and dismantling, power supply, the organizer’s technical requirements. That is how we worked at the International Finance & Banking Summit in Baku in June 2026. The summit was run by its own organizer, and we were responsible for the Visa space: concept, production, build, technical equipment, staff and merchandise.
A brand zone works at an event or in a shopping mall: it handles a flow of guests for as long as the event lasts and is assembled under the venue’s rules. An exhibition stand is designed on the hall floor plan to the exhibition’s technical requirements and divided into product demo zones and meeting zones. We have a separate service for stands: exhibition stand design and build.
A brand zone can travel if the structure is made mobile from the start. For the Visa Asia Triathlon Cup by Issyk-Kul, we prepared a VR zone that can be assembled, dismantled and moved to the next event. We confirm the zone’s route at the outset, because it determines what to build it from and how many times it will be installed.
The capacity of a VR zone depends on the session length and the space for people waiting their turn. At the triathlon by Issyk-Kul, the route took three minutes, and about 300 people completed it over two days. We settle the scenario, session length and space in advance.
Dates, the venue, your brand guidelines and one line about the objective are enough to start. We will propose a zone design and estimate the budget.
