In these projects, the technology itself takes center stage: people see it from the street, touch it in the customer area, put it on at a competition venue. We choose a solution to fit the location and the objective and manage the project through to launch.

LED media facades. Four sites for Halyk Bank and Visa: two in Almaty, one in Pavlodar and one in Tashkent, 2024–2025.
Installations that visitors operate themselves: in the digital branch of Halyk Bank and on the Kazakhtelecom stands at MWC, where we organized the production of themed installations.
Technology as part of the mechanics: a VR route on a stationary bike by Issyk-Kul, a VR ski jump, a VR descent and a ski simulator at Shymbulak, a platform that registered participants of the Visa football camp and tracked their results. And on the press tour for the Kcell 5G launch, a VR flight over Turkestan.

Permanent installation. The media facade and the branch stay with the client after handover. The main work here is selecting the equipment, delivering and installing it, and launching the system. Production and installation are carried out by specialized contractors under our management.
Temporary zone. VR and digital mechanics run for as long as the event lasts. What matters more here is how quickly the zone can be set up and taken down, and how many guests it can handle per day.
A technology-driven special project, as we use the term, is one where the technology itself takes center stage. People see it from the street, touch it in the customer area, put it on at a competition venue. For us, that means media facades on bank buildings, the Halyk Bank digital branch and VR mechanics at Visa events.
A permanent installation stays with the client after handover, as with media facades and the Halyk Bank digital branch. The main work here is selecting the equipment, delivering and installing it, and launching the system. A temporary zone runs for as long as the event lasts, so what matters more is how quickly it can be set up and taken down and how many guests it can handle per day.
In a technology-driven special project, ROI Group chooses a solution to fit the location and the objective and manages the project through to launch. Production and installation go to specialized contractors, and we manage their work. The scope can also include digital systems: the platform that registered participants of the Visa football camp and tracked their results was part of our scope of work.
A technology-driven special project starts with two answers: where the technology needs to work and who will see it. A facade, a branch or office, and an event call for different solutions. Tell us about the location and the objective, and we will propose a solution and then manage the project through to launch.
Where does the technology need to work, and who will see it: a facade, an office or branch, an event? We will propose a solution and manage the project through to launch.
