Until a product is shown to people, it exists only for the team that built it. Launch day is when partners, the press and customers find out about it, and what they see that day shapes how the new product will be talked about from then on. We organize product presentations, technology launches and openings of new spaces: we create the reveal script, prepare the venue, invite the guests and run the event.

A phone or a car can be placed in the middle of the room. A network or a digital service is harder: it has no physical form, and a talk about specifications without a demonstration explains little. So in a launch scenario we look for three things.
Guests first experience the product through VR, a demo device or an interactive zone, and only then hear how it works.
A venue that speaks for the product itself: the city where the network has gone live, or a place connected with the product.
The point where the product takes on a physical form: equipment, a sign, a screen. It gets filmed, and that shot is what carries the news further.

On December 9, 2021, Kcell launched its 5G network in Turkestan, which, according to the operator’s press release of December 13, 2021, became the first city in Kazakhstan with full 5G coverage. Kcell wanted a high-profile announcement, with the city akimat (local administration) taking part. The guests included journalists and bloggers. We developed the program and script, invited the participants and ran the event. The script built up step by step.
We prepared launch materials for the press. For how we work with journalists at events like this, see the press conferences and press tours page.

Sometimes the new thing is the space itself, and it has to be built in time for the opening. For Halyk Bank and Visa, we organized the design and delivery of the digital branch at Mega Center Alma-Ata (Almaty, 2019): procurement and integration of digital equipment, interior production, installation and preparation for the opening. The architectural design was developed together with a specialized studio. The path here differs from that of a one-evening event: it runs from the design to a branch ready to welcome its first customers.
If the new product is shown at an industry exhibition, that is a job for an exhibition project. If the technology itself has to become the attraction, with screens, VR or interactive zones, see interactive and multimedia installations.
The budget depends on how you decide to show the product. The biggest factors are:
We handle the script, budget and project management; VR content, demo zones and structures are produced by specialized studios to our brief. If the budget is limited, we will suggest which part of the script can be dropped while keeping the final moment of the reveal.
A product with no physical form is shown through experience: guests first encounter it through VR, a demo device or an interactive zone, and only then hear how it works. The finale needs a point that can be filmed: equipment, a sign, a screen. At the Kcell 5G launch in Turkestan, that meant a VR flight over the city, a presentation at the Karavan Saray hotel and the roof of Farab Library.
The budget for a product launch depends on how you show the product: a live product or a simulation, a single venue or a route, whether a space has to be built, how many guests there are and who they are. A simulation requires producing VR content and demo devices. If the budget is limited, we will suggest which part of the script can be dropped while keeping the final moment of the reveal.
Organizing a product presentation includes the reveal script, venue preparation, inviting guests and running the event. We handle the script, budget and project management. VR content, demo zones and structures are produced by specialized studios to our brief. To start, tell us what you are launching, for whom and by what date.
Getting a new space ready for opening can be run as a separate project, from the design to a space ready to welcome its first customers. For Halyk Bank and Visa, we organized the delivery of the digital branch at Mega Center Alma-Ata, Almaty, in 2019: procurement and integration of digital equipment, interior production, installation and preparation for the opening. Journalists can be invited to the product launch itself, and we build the press component into the event program.
