An employee event is a rare moment when a company speaks to all of its people at once. Sum up the year and name the people who made it happen. Bring together departments that spend the year on different floors and in different cities. Explain major changes in person, not in a mass email. We organize corporate events for HR and internal communications teams, from the first draft of the brief to the last moment of the evening. We work from Almaty, across Kazakhstan and in other countries of the region.

A celebration, an award ceremony and a team game do different jobs. The first thing we will ask: what should employees take away from the evening?
A New Year party or a company day. What matters most here is the script and the pacing: when management speaks, when the music plays, and when people simply need time to talk to each other.
The award ceremony is the most sensitive part of the evening. Categories, the order of appearances, lighting and music for each winner are written into the script in advance, so that no name is rushed. For a more formal evening, the awards are built around a gala dinner: table seating, a dress code, a program in several acts.
When the goal is to get people from different departments working together, they need a shared task, not a stage and an audience. This format is covered in detail on the team building for companies page.
A program for one day or several days: an out-of-town venue, transfers, accommodation and activities in a single plan. More in the corporate off-site programs section.
A new strategy, a merger of divisions, an office move. At moments like these, employees need to hear from management and ask questions. This is closer to an internal conference: a stage, presentations, questions from the floor. How we run such events is described on the conference management page.

Awards can become part of the story of the whole evening rather than a separate formal episode. We used this approach at Visa Day 2024, an evening for Visa’s partner banks and other partners.
In 2024, “The Seasons” concept divided the program into four parts: spring was a music set, summer a theater performance, autumn the awards by category, and winter a musical number. The awards were not handed out in a pause between acts but in their own season. That way, the ceremony became part of the evening’s story as one of the seasons. 140 guests, Abai Opera and Ballet Theatre.
Events for clients and partners have a separate page: client and partner events.
The concept, script and budget estimate are ready before we bring in contractors. They make internal approval easier.
We select the venue to match the number of guests and the format, and handle all coordination with it. Sound, lighting, screens and decor are delivered by specialized contractors, and we bring them together in the overall plan of the evening. Hosts, performers and catering are chosen to suit the format and budget. Corporate documents for procurement are available on request.
The number of guests and the venue have the biggest impact on the cost of an employee event. Next comes the program: set design, guest performers, stage equipment. For an off-site format, transfers and accommodation are added. We have no ready-made packages; we build each estimate around the specific occasion. Lead time also depends on the scale and the venue.

Start planning a corporate event as soon as you know the approximate date: the earlier you start, the wider the choice of venues. There is no single lead time, because preparation depends on the scale and the venue. To get started, the occasion, the number of employees, the city and an approximate date are enough.
To get a corporate event approved by management, you will have the concept, script and budget estimate. We prepare them before we bring in contractors, and they make it easy to go to the people who decide. Corporate documents for procurement are available on request.
An employee award ceremony is written into the script in advance: categories, the order of appearances, lighting and music for each winner. It can also become part of the story of the evening. At the partner event Visa Day 2024, “The Seasons” concept set aside autumn for the awards, so they were presented in their own season in front of 140 guests.
An internal conference works for talking to employees about change: a stage, presentations by management, questions from the floor. A new strategy, a merger of divisions or an office move means employees need to hear from management in person and be able to ask questions. How we run events like these is described on the conference management page.
What you are celebrating or what you want to tell your team, how many employees will attend, the city and an approximate date. The earlier you reach out, the wider the choice of venues. We will come back with an idea for the evening and a budget estimate for it.
